Drown Me in the Ambrosia,
Drown me in the nectar, Lord,
Not a drop — but full accord.
Let this self dissolve and break,
In waves no mind or flesh can fake.
The Name, immaculate and pure,
The only drink that makes me sure.
Let ego choke and breath depart,
But pour that Light into my heart.
I do not fear the weight, the sea —
If it is You that covers me.
No surface now, no air, no shore —
Just drowning deeper, more and more.
I asked for peace — You gave me flame,
I asked for self — You stripped my name.
Now all I seek is one soul plea:
Drown me, Lord — and set me free.
