Master of Masters

I know no other, O Timeless Light,
Invisible, inscrutable, Endless Height.
When thought turns to You, Your mercy flows,
A river eternal, where the soul knows.

Who can be called just, or wicked, or true,
When all beings reflect the essence of You?
The stars in their courses, the oceans in tide,
Sing of Your presence, nowhere to hide.

You are my Shelter, my fortress, my Guide,
In Your hands alone, I safely abide.
The mountains may crumble, the heavens may shake,
But Your love holds all, no power can break.

All-knowing, all-seeing, O Ocean of Grace,
I revel in Naam, I behold Your face.
The Shabd is my anchor, the sound is my flame,
In Your melody endless, I forget my own name.

Body and soul, to You I lay bare,
From the dust of Your feet, rises my prayer.
Every heartbeat echoes, every breath is Your song,
In this sacred vibration, I eternally belong.

When the mind is a storm, and the world is a sea,
I dive into Shabd, where I merge with Thee.
No shadow of sorrow, no tremor of fear,
The Light of Your Name makes everything clear.

O Master of Masters, the One Beyond Time,
Your Love is the rhythm, the Rhyme is the chime.
From Sufi to Sikh, from Buddha to Christ,
All paths converge in Your infinite light.

Grant me the vision to see as You see,
The truth in all things, the essence of “We.”
Let my spirit be fertile, my words be Your seed,
That every awakened and sleeping soul may heed.

I bow at Your feet, in awe and in bliss,
Bathed in the nectar of Your timeless kiss.
Through the portals of Shabd, the doors of Naam,
I rise in Your Light, I am carried in calm.
